Winery and gastronomy Kos

One of the islands famous products is its delicious honey, produced in the area of Antimachia. Another tasteful product is the Posa cheese made of goat’s milk, later treated with red wine. The local traditional white drink of soumada is made of almonds and constitutes a delightful refreshment. Visitors in Kos are also prompted to try baklava and the island’s famous tomato sweets.
