Little Venice: it is one of the most impressive neighborhoods of Chora. It is called little Venice because the houses are built on thebeach and the balconies are above the sea, when it is windy the waves break on the doors and windows of the houses.
Mykonos Windmills: The rounded windmills are one of the sights of the island. They were built in the 18-19th century for the pressing of the crops which was one of the main activities for the inhabitants of the island. The wind was their motor. Today seven of the 10 windmills of Chora are saved. The lower mills are located between the neighborhood of Alefkandra and Neochori and the 6 upper mills in Ano Mera.
