Athens Walking tour and Acropolis tour

Tour starts at : Syntagma metro station next to ticket validating machines 

 
   The tours starts inside the Syntagma metro station where we have a brief visit to the metro museum. The tour will then pass by the Greek parliament, the monument of the unknown soldier and here we will watch the guard change. WE will then continue and pass by National Garden, Zappeion, temple of Zeus and the Hadrian arch. Then after a short walk to the famous Plaka district we will visit Dionysous Sanctuary and Theater. Your guide will then take care of the tickets to the Acropolis hill and your guide will give you a detailed explanation of all the monuments there. Parthenos, Erechteion, Propylaia, Nike temple, Agrippa monument,etc.

Useful Tips: The tour is free for children 0-5 years old.

Entrance fees are not included in our prices. Teenagers and children are free of charge for the Acropolis and students are entitled reduced tickets.

The tours do not take place on the following public Holidays: 25 & 26 December, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, May 1st and March 25, the Greek Independence Day.

On Good Friday (Greek Orthodox Easter) our tour starts at 11:00 am and not 09:30 am.

Entrance fees to the Acropolis are not included in the tour's price. It is 12 Euro.

Our tours take place in all weather, rain or shine.
